Shipping & Delivery

Our packages are delivered by BPost to your home or delivered to a BPost parcel point.


BPost Parcel Delivery.

BPost will deliver your order, if in stock, the next day to the delivery address you provide. Your shipment is delivered by BPost from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00.

Are you not at home?

Then the letter carrier will leave an absence notice in your letterbox. Your package will be delivered to a collection point, unless otherwise indicated. When the parcel has been delivered to the collection point, you can pick it up there or schedule a new delivery appointment with BPost. This can be done online or by phone. At a pickup point, the parcel remains on file for a maximum of 14 days. If you opt for delivery to an automatic parcel machine, the parcel remains there for a maximum of 5 days.

Pick up - BPost parcel point

If you prefer to pick up your order, you can do so at one of the BPost parcel points. Your order will be delivered to your chosen pickup location within two business days. You only need to show valid identification to pick up your package. If someone else picks up your package, they must bring a copy of your identification.

Progress of your order

After you order, you will receive an email from us containing your order details. This e-mail also contains a unique link. If you click on it, you can see the status of your order in our system. You can then see for yourself whether your order is being processed in our warehouse or has even already been shipped. As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a Track & Trace link. Using that link, you can track your package from the time it is picked up from our warehouse until it is delivered to you. You will receive an e-mail from BPost on the same day with a time indication of the delivery.

Shipping costs

Bpost pick-up point or automatic parcel machine

Choose from 2400 collection points or automatic parcel machines, always nearby and 30% less CO2 emissions than home deliveries! With Bpost, you choose a pickup point for your order yourself. Throughout Belgium, there is always a pickup point near you. They are often open in the evening or on weekends, so pick up your parcel when and where it suits you. Choose a Bpost pick-up point or automatic parcel machine as your delivery method.

Shipping costs within Belgium are €5.95 including VAT if your purchase amount is less than 19;95. If your purchase amount is higher than 19;95 then shipping is free.

Shipping costs abroad

Of course, on, it is also possible to have an order shipped abroad. During the ordering process, shipping costs are determined based on the shipping country and the number of packages needed to ship your order. In addition, we charge a surcharge abroad for delivery to remote areas (e.g., certain islands). 


The final shipping cost will be displayed on your order summary page before you complete your order.

Delivery times

If you order before 4 p.m. on business days and pay with Mister Cash, Credit Card (MasterCard, Maestro, Visa), your order (if in stock) will be shipped to you the same business day. Your package will then be delivered to your home the next business day. If you prefer to have your order delivered to a BPost parcel point, the delivery time is two working days. If (part of) your order is not in stock, your order is generally shipped within two business days. If products have a long(er) delivery time, this is indicated as such on the product page and/or you will be informed by e-mail.

In principle, we do not ship an order in parts if products have different delivery times. Your order will be shipped as soon as all products are in stock, unless one or more products have such a long delivery time that it is not reasonable to wait. In that case, you will be informed.

Delivery around holidays / on public holidays

Different delivery times apply around the following holidays. No orders will be processed or delivered on these days.
